Credit:

• All applicants 18+ must have a credit score of 600 or higher

• Applicants without established credit may apply with a qualified co-signer (minimum 680 credit score)

Background Check:

• Applicants must not have outstanding balances with landlords or utility providers

• Applications must reflect clean records regarding evictions, liens, and major criminal history

Rental History:

• At least 1 year of verified rental history with timely payments and good upkeep is preferred

• Homeownership will also be considered in place of rental history

ProCore partners with Our Pet Policy for all household pets, service animals, and support animals.

• A completed pet screening is required for every applicant – even if you do not have a pet

Please Note:

• All documentation must be current (within the past 12 months)

• Applications with unverified or incomplete pet information will be placed on hold

• Allow 3 business days for verification

Breed Restrictions Include:

• Approved applicants must be ready to take possession within 14 days of the property’s availability date

• Housing vouchers and Section 8 programs are not part of the accepted programs for our rentals at this time

• A home is considered secured only after application approval, certified deposit, and signed lease are completed

• Listings and details are subject to change at ProCore’s discretion
