REQUIREMENTS
- Signed application + $45 fee (non-refundable, per applicant 18+)
- ID, proof of income, OurPetPolicy profile (required even with no pets)
Qualify:
- Income : 2.5x rent , 12+ months employment (or 2 yrs tax returns if self-employed)
- 12+ months positive rental history, no evictions/money owed
- Credit score 620+, negative debt under 60%
- No felonies; no disqualifying misdemeanors
- Co-signer (if needed): 680+ credit, income is 3.5x rent, no criminal history, doesn't live on-site
Pets (if any)
- Breeds not allowed: Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Huskies, etc.)
- $350 one-time fee + $20/mo pet rent
